A GHG inventory sector that covers anthropogenic emissions and removals of GHG from carbon pools in managed lands, excluding non-CO2 agricultural emissions (IPCC WGIII AR6). In the EU, LULUCF emissions are regulated under a dedicated EU instrument, the LULUCF Regulation.
